Aisha Burns to Appear on BIRN Alive

Aisha is a folk-rock violinist, vocalist, and songwriter raised in Texas and now based in Massachusetts. She began her journey in the folk-rock world in 2005 and was touring and recording by 2006. Aisha released her debut album, Life in the Midwater, in 2013. Her follow up, Argonauta, came out in May. NPR points out the “delicate intimacy” of her music while Dazed magazine describes her work on Life in the Midwater as “twisting, ethereal, and arresting.”
