Solo artist Van William (or Van Pierszalowski) from California is an alternative singer-songwriter. After forming the band Waters and being the frontman for the band Port O’Brien, he is giving his solo career a shot. He released his debut solo EP The Revolution and the single, “Revolution,” made it to #6 the Billboard Adult Alternative Songs chart in January. Also in January, he released his first full-length album Countries. On First Aid Kit’s most recent tour, William traveled with them as their opening act.
