Welcome to Berklee’s home for bluegrass music and news! Hosted by Micah Nicol of The Ruta Beggars, Berklee’s premier traditional bluegrass band, The Ruta Radio Hour follows in the footsteps of the “barndance” programs that would later become and inspire shows like Hee Haw, Louisiana Hayride, and The Grand Ole Opry. The show is a one-stop-shop for American music, interviews with Berklee ‘Roots’ musicians, Acoustic-music news, and a whole lot of laughs along the way!
