Growing up in Long Island, Maria Ellis has been writing songs and performing since her early childhood years. Her music ranges from pop rock to progressive alternative, inspired by The Beatles, Nirvana, and Amy Winehouse among others. A natural performer, Ellis has had years of experience playing at notable NYC venues such as The Bitter End, The Cutting Room, and Riverhead Theater. She currently attends Berklee College of Music, and hopes others will find inspiration through her music.
