Valerie Giglio

Valerie is a third semester student from Boston, MA who started pretending to be a DJ in elementary school by taping music off Casey Kasem’s American Top 40 and making mixtapes with a boombox. She loves synthwave, big hair, Duran Duran, and reruns of Magnum, P.I. She also knows random facts about 80’s music, Randy Rhoads, and may or may not have met Duran Duran in a casino hotel corridor once while using the ice maker. When not at Berklee, Valerie is rumored to be a criminal lawyer who thought it would be fun to finally go to music school and learn electronic music production after years of performing everything from standards to rock.
