Clay Cook, Live From the Red Room

Tune in on Saturday, April 28 at 8:00 PM EST for a live broadcast from The Red Room at Cafe 939 featuring Clay Cook of Zac Brown Band.

Clay Cook, a Berklee alumnus, has made a living in many ways in the music industry. As an accomplished songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, he has recorded and toured with John Mayer, Sugarland, the Marshall Tucker Band, and Shawn Mullins.

His debut album, Unobstructed View, was recorded over three years in between touring with Zac Brown Band and at points, Cook never thought the album would be completed. Overcoming all the obstacles thrown at him, he started to record one song at a time and eventually recorded, mixed, and mastered the eleven songs on the record.

He says, “It’s been a long road to make this record. There are a few pretty telling snapshots into my personal life — but that’s who I am and how I write. I’m very proud of the record that we all made.”
