 The Joe Birmingham Experiment formed in the Fall of 2006 originally as a Funk-Jazz trio following in the influences of John Scofield, Medeski Martin and Wood, and Soulive. As time progressed they added keys, vocals and horns to complete the R&B sound that they grew into. Over the years the line up has changed bringing a new fresh outlook to their original music and to their arrangements of covers. Today the band's influences stretch from John Coltrane to Sly Stone, but always making sure what ever they do grooves.

Louis Brice

Louis Brice is a singer/songwriter studying music at Berklee College of Music in Boston currently. He originally is from Quakertown, PA where he went to high school at Pallsades. He had been surrounded by music in his household all of his life, and when he became about 6, he started to follow in his father's footsteps as a pianist and singer. he would always want to learn more and more about the piano and performing. He thrived playing in front of people and always enjoyed playing covers of Elton John and Billy Joel. As he got older, he started to write his own music and take it to the next level. He entered high school, and got involved in choir, Madrigals, Jazz Band, and any music related program he could get his hands into. Before he knew it he was applying for college, and the rest is history.

The Mike Lombardo Trio brings new meaning to the phrase "piano rock." With infectious tunes and catchy melodies, you're sure to be humming their songs for days. 
Andy Rumschlag on drums and Ellen Angelico on bass are the perfect counterpoint to Mike's piano playing and they combine to form a trifecta of piano-smashing rock musicians.

Tune in this week as Laurynn and Will are proud to host Deezy and the Brobots! Formed in early 2008, Deezy & the Brobots is an eclectic "indie" sound that everybody loves! Delivering the pop/rock/something that everyone needs, they are currently playing around the local Boston/New York/Anywhere scene. Members of the band include Deezy, hailing from Summit, NJ, Tim, from Washington, D.C., Aaron from Bethel, CT, and Alex from Bluebell, PA

Manasseh Israel

Manasseh David Israel was born in 1988 on the island of Maui, in Hawaii, and has been playing music since acquiring his first guitar on his fifth birthday. Manasseh released his first Self Titled EP (which you can find on iTunes by the way) last June, and is currently working on his first full length record set to be released in June. This year Manasseh is beginning his second semester at Berklee as a Music Business Major.
