Nate Nasty
If mind is over matter and you have no mind, does it matter? No need to ponder, Nate Nasty doesn't! A man who needs no introduction but loves them, Nate is probably the goofiest person you don't know. He likes almost every genre of music under the moon, plays keyboards for a metal, rock, and r&b band, and loves Mexican food. He's majoring in Music Synthesis and Film Scoring and has a PhD in being awesome and/or rockin'! Make sure to listen to "Can I Haz Progzorz?" Fridays 7pm-9pm.
Steve the "Funnel Weaver"
The Funnel Weaver goes by many names throughout the land, many know him as Steve. He is a first semester guitar principle at Berklee. Under the studies of Frank the Morbid One, The Funnel Weaver quickly picked up an extreme love for metal in all of its tasty forms. Black to thrash, progressive to death, gothic to core, grind to power, swiss to cheddar and everywhere inbetween. Enter the progressive web of the Funnel Weaver and together we'll tickle the funny places that you'd never think Cattle Decapitation, Scar Symmetry, or Dying Fetus could ever tickle.

It's been a while....
So I'm posting this because it's certainly been a while since we've posted anything with actual information. "So what's going?" you may ask. Well, if you haven't been keeping up with us, DJ Bagel and I have been working hard on getting some interviews, and we sure as hell have gotten some good ones! We first interviewed Misha Mansoor of the band Periphery in Worcester, Ma.

After Misha's interview, we were stoked about getting to have a phone interview with Ty Tabor of the band King's X! He was a great guy and had a ton of interesting things to say.

I asked him a kooky question that really got him off guard. I'm sure he'll remember us for that.... lulz....
After that we got a surprise interview with Fernando Perdomo. We didn't exactly know who this guy was so we did some research and found out that this guy is a legit session guitar player down in Miami. He's played for Jennifer Lopez, Christian Castro, and Mika to name a few. Though he's played for a lot of mainstream, pop acts, Fernando is a HUGE prog-head. We had a lot of very interesting discussions with about what prog is, how it was developed, what is prog now and may other topics were discussed. We were also incredibly goofy which seems to be a staple for our show.

After that awesome interview we had another pretty sweet interview with Marcus Eaton. I know of Marcus Eaton because two years ago, my band at the time opened up for him over in Hartford. I got the chance to jam with him and i found out that he is one, very skilled guitarist. His style of music, I've often said, is sort of like a progressive John Mayer.

These interviews have been very great experiences for us and, rest assured, we plan to have many more interviews in these upcoming months. Also, all of these interviews that we had with these awesome guests will be made available as podcasts for your listening pleasure! Thanks for listening guys. You can always give shout outs and chit chat with us while we're on the air. We encourage it! Keep rockin'!
